Which Five Clients Need Your Attention This Week?
Urgent property work wins the day. Quiet relationships still need attention — a first delivery to finish well, a changed booking pattern to understand, a service conversation that fits the listing, advocacy that never gets asked, or a former regular who deserves a deliberate look.
On The Pixl Marketing Show, Pete shows how to turn five recognizable client situations into one working attention list: each name gets a reason, a useful action, an owner, and a follow-through date.
A list that gets worked
A contact list tells you who you know. A working attention list helps you decide who needs something from your business now.
Five is a manageable starting point, not a required quota. If only one situation has a clear reason and a useful next step, begin with that one.
Put the reason beside the name
Write down the fact or event that put the client on the list, and when you checked it. Separate a confirmed booking gap from a guess that the relationship “deserves attention.”
Before you reach out, check for an open service issue, time away, incomplete history, or a conversation someone already owns.
Give the next step an owner
Write one useful action, who owns it, and the follow-through date. When it’s done, keep the outcome with the relationship.
If the client didn’t reply, choose the next step on purpose. An unanswered message doesn’t mean they’ve left.
The Pixl approach
The Client Connection Roadmap is the continuing layer: useful communication plus personal attention that fits the relationship. One concrete format is the Hot Sheet — a digest built around properties your company has already photographed, with listing details, agent names, and links the client can use.
You’re already capturing media on location. That work can feed ongoing visibility without inventing a separate marketing project every week.
Begin today
Look at five real clients; choose one whose gap you can describe clearly enough to act on. Review connection, retention, expansion, advocacy, and reactivation. Choose the biggest gap, one useful action, an owner, and a follow-through date — then check what happened.
